About Fred Graham, President

After almost two decades on Wall Street, this native North Carolinian was thrilled to return to his Southern roots, close to family and friends, to become an entrepreneur.

​

Fred's experience as a credit analyst, interest rate forecaster, and asset manager, covering a wide range of sectors including consumer finance, health care, and energy has provided an excellent foundation for his transition into the residential mortgage business. With a head for numbers and passion for helping others, Fred has become the ideal steward for responsible and equitable lending practices.

A graduate of Hoggard High School in Wilmington, NC, with an Economics degree from UNC-Chapel Hill, Fred is an avid outdoorsman, sports enthusiast, chef, husband, and father of three wonderful children.
